Important Customer Notice: Voluntary Product Recall in NY

At Jetty, clean cannabis is not a tagline. It is the reason we exist. It is also the reason we are publishing this notice today.

These products were made with a distillate sourced from a NY-licensed processor that passed our R&D testing of the required NY state panels before production began. The batches were produced, passed full NY compliance testing, and were released to market. During production of later batches from the same distillate, we R&D tested the distillate again and identified a potential pesticide. We conducted additional R&D testing across multiple labs to confirm the finding – and out of an abundance of caution, we made the decision to pull all batches produced from this distillate off the market.

Based on our review, we have no indication of adverse health effects associated with these products.

This is a voluntary recall that Jetty initiated proactively because we are committed to clean cannabis and our reputation is only as good as the products we put out. We also filed notice with the New York Office of Cannabis Management.

The following SKUs were distributed to licensed New York dispensaries as budtender samples only and were not available for consumer purchase. If you received a sample of any of these products, please dispose of it and contact your Jetty sales representative.

Affected Dispensaries:

590 consumer units of the Acapulco Gold and Pineapple Express 1g Minitanks were distributed between 4/21/26 and 5/27/26 across the following New York dispensaries. If you purchased either product from one of these locations, please follow the instructions below.

How did this happen if the products passed compliance testing?

Why was Jetty sourcing distillate from a third-party processor?

Sourcing tested and compliant distillate from licensed processors is a common practice in distillate product manufacturing. Jetty’s New York processing facility is currently built out only for solventless extraction and processing. At this phase, Jetty does not produce distillate in-house. All distillate purchased by Jetty is required to carry a passing compliance test. In this case that test result was incorrect. We purchased this material in good faith and our own testing caught the problem.

What is Jetty doing to make sure this doesn’t happen again?

We are implementing new testing requirements for all NY-licensed sourced input materials that go beyond what the state requires. Going forward we will require confirmation testing at a second independent laboratory before inputs enter production and/or confirmation of validated chromatography methods from all testing laboratories before we accept compliance results. These steps go beyond regulatory requirements. We are raising our own bar.

Is this affecting other Jetty products or markets?

No. This recall is limited to these two retail SKUs from the affected batches. No other Jetty products or markets are impacted.

Has OCM been notified?

Yes. Jetty has filed a voluntary recall notice with the New York Office of Cannabis Management.
