Jetty Solventless is made using only ice and water. Our process starts with sustainable, fresh-frozen flower. Harvested with the utmost care to ensure all the trichomes remain intact for extraction. Some is hand pressed into Live Rosin and Solventless Vape. Solventless and Solvent-Free, these products are never touched by chemical solvents.

Flower chosen for Live Resin is delicately harvested and flash-frozen on site. Proprietary cryoextraction (cold processing) and curing techniques are used to lock in each strain’s unique flavor profile and make sure nothing is degraded in the process. Because live resin is uncut, single-source with nothing added, never distilled or blended, our process preserves a larger flavor profile of plant compounds.

Our signature wood tips are crafted from cherry wood sourced from upcycled furniture scraps. This wood naturally contains tannins, which may transfer slightly when exposed to rubbing alcohol or similar cleaning products. No dyes are used.

We recommend using a low voltage setting (1.7v–2.6v) to preserve terpene flavor and help prevent clogs or leaks.

Clogging and leaking are most often caused by overheating. Each time you take a hit, the cartridge or Mini Tank heats up. Taking multiple hits back-to-back without allowing time to cool can cause the oil to thin and internal components to expand, which may lead to oil entering the airflow pathways.

To prevent this:

• Use the lowest effective heat setting
• Wait a few minutes between hits to allow the cartridge to cool
• Store your cartridge upright in a cool, dry place
• Avoid leaving it in hot environments (like a car) or in situations where the battery may be accidentally activated (like in your pocket)

Ceramic cartridges (like ours) need to start at a lower voltage for the first several draws, then gradually increase as needed. This helps the oil warm evenly and improves overall performance and flavor.

If your cartridge is clogged, try the following:

• Take a few “dry hits” (pull without activating the battery)
• Slightly increase the voltage and take stronger draws to clear the airway
• Unscrew the cartridge and take stronger draws to help loosen the clog, then reattach
• Check that the connection points between the battery and cartridge are clean

A burnt taste is typically caused by:

• Using a voltage that’s too high
• Chain hitting (not allowing time between draws)
• Low oil levels (near the end of the cartridge)

Lowering your voltage and pacing your hits can help prevent this.
