I took up yoga as a means to better my climbing. The benefits were immediate, but the philosophy took a while to sink in. Once I understood the mind/body connection, I realized I wanted to share these amazing lessons with everyone. I spent the next few years travelling around the U.S., Cananda, and Latin America climbing and seeking spiritual guidance. I received my 200 hour YTT certificate Spring of 2014 and have since focused on Yin, restorative and more meditative yoga practices. I am currently working with a non-profit to help design training and women's empowerment courses in the mountains of Huaraz, Peru. I seek to travel, grow, make mistakes and learn! I travel with an open mind and open heart with more ideas rather than plans!
